This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the easycover.my application (“App”) and its services (“Services”). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App. Seek independent legal advice if needed.
We fully reserve all rights to modify, add, or remove any of these terms at our full and absolute discretion at any time without any prior notice. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this application and services will be deemed your acceptance of the terms and conditions in effect at the time of use.
All contents, materials, information or products provided on this App do not constitute legal advice and the reliance or usage of the same shall be entirely at your sole risk. It is your right to obtain specific legal advice from a lawyer before using any products provided on this App. We disclaim all liabilities from your use of this App. The use of the App and/or Services or products by you does not constitute any solicitor-client relationship.
The information available on the App is not and should not be construed as insurance advice by easycover.my. While easycover.my will take reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and validity of information on the App, easycover.my is not liable for any inaccurate, missing or misconstrued information and makes no guarantee as to the quality and precision of such information or content. Any insurance purchasing conclusions and decisions such as coverage amounts, limits and deductibles are completely and solely the responsibility of the insured based on information from the insurance agent on the App. easycover.my may update the App from time to time to reflect updated content or information. Any claim shall be between you and the insurance agent whom you purchase the policy from and coverage will be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy and not the App. Accordingly, you are encouraged to view/download a specimen of your actual policy documentation from the insurance agent prior to making any purchase decision.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable permission to access and use the Services, provided that:
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access, which shall remain with us and our respective licensors, as applicable.
In order to access the Service, you will have to create an account. You hereby represent and warrant that the information you provide to easycover.my upon, and at all other times, are true, accurate, current, and complete. Your “Account Information” also includes any information provided during the insurance application or claims process. You also hereby represent and warrant that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.
Your App use is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Any link to third party services and websites appear on the App are merely for the purpose of convenience. We do not control the availability and content of those linked sites and services. Any reference made on this App to any third-party information, service, product, hyperlink, reference or otherwise, does not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by us. You agree that you use third party websites solely at your risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites. We are not liable for any legal or other consequences that arise out of your visit or use of content or services.

We do not warrant that any information posted herein could not be intercepted by any party and used for any purpose. Submission of any information is of course at your own risk. We also do not warrant that the App is free from any viruses and cannot be held responsible for any damage which may arise from such use. You, therefore, do not hold us responsible for any damage caused by any viruses which may be transmitted via any form whether from your use of the App or from the e-mail (s) you may receive from this App.

Please note that no content of whatsoever nature from this App may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, transmitted, distributed or used as target frame or used in any way, unless we have consented to the same. Unless otherwise noted, all content on the App, including but not limited to services, products, information, data, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs etc are intellectual properties owned by us or our associates or affiliates which we were licensed to use. Modification of the App content, services or products or any usage of any nature, whether to create derivative work or otherwise is a violation of our proprietary rights and appropriate legal action may be taken by us.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our services and products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers-our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonable. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We approve refund but with restrictions.
You agree that your use of the App is entirely at your sole risk. We make no express or implied warranties, representations or guarantees of whatsoever nature on this App. The App and all contents, materials, information, products or services provided on the App are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As such we disclaim all liabilities from your use of this App. You agree that we will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from, relating to or connected with the use of the App and/or Services herein. Without prejudice to our disclaimer for any liability, our limitation of liability, in any event, is restricted to the sum of the payment already made by you.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed in this App are either the property of easycover.my or easycover.my has obtained the rights to use them. Unless the prior written consent of easycover.my has been obtained, no license or right is granted to any party accessing the App to use, download, reproduce, copy or modify such trademarks, services marks or logos. Similarly, unless the prior written consent of easycover.my or the relevant proprietor has been obtained, no such trademark, service mark or logo may be used as a link or to mark any link to easycover.my App or any other site.
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend and/or revoke your use or access to all or part of the App at any time, for any reason whatsoever particularly when you infringe any of the terms and conditions herein or violate our rights or rights of any other user or third party.
This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of Malaysia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia Courts in Kuala Lumpur for the purpose of any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this Agreement.
The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in any respect under any applicable law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
