Rupavathy Govindasamy is the Legal Consultant and former litigation lawyer with extensive experience in banking, trust and estates and family law. She received her law degree from University of London. She has a total of 20 years of experience and served 13 years as inhouse legal adviser in several trustee company onshore as well as offshore.

She has earned Diploma in International Trust Management with STEP, a global professional association for practitioners who specialize in family inheritance and succession planning. Her scope currently focuses on trust, foundation, estate and wills. Through her extensive experience as a Trust advisors, she has learned that a good advisor takes the time to listen and understand their client’s needs.

She has a keen interest in the area of asset protection and estate planning that drives her interest to create estate plans for all her clients. The values that she would like to bring to her clients are integrity and honesty in her work and recommendations to fulfill her clients’ needs.
